Abilities, Powers, & Skills:

- BODILY INERTIA. Vasiliy's body is suspended in time - he doesn't age, and the progressive lung and liver damage from his addictions hasn't gotten any worse.
- MANIPULATION. Though he generally chooses not to be and understands that it's not right, Vasiliy is still capable of being incredibly persuasive through emotional manipulation. This, obviously, is somewhat dulled in xenophobic/explicitly Russophobic contexts, but even then he's still capable of being disarming around your average citizen if he really tries.
- MARKSMANSHIP. Vasiliy is confident with a handgun and has been formally trained to shoot. He's hardly on a competitive level and was below average in his own cohort when compared to investigators, street agents, and executioners, but he can hit a moving target and can outshoot most civilians.
- DEFENSE. Part of his early training involved how to drop an interrogation victim who tries to fight back. Vasiliy has quick reflexes and is generally pretty good at blocking/fighting someone off.
- EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. Vasiliy is trained as an EMT-Basic, and can perform lifesaving stabilization measures beyond basic first aid/CPR, clean wounds, etc etc.

Inventory:

- Moisin-Nagant M1895 Revolver, the same model as his old service weapon. This one was obtained at a gun show - ironically, despite all of his attempts to distance himself from his past, he chose to carry a fairly antiquated weapon because he didn't want to leave his comfort zone. It is one of the few elements of his past he's held on to, one of the few links he found himself unable to sever. Its frame, like that of every Soviet M1895, is engraved with Red Star and year it was awarded to its past owner - 1937, the same as his.
